This Tabletop Exercise will be representative of the type of services that Continuity Dynamics provides. World Trade Center Delaware partners with Continuity Dynamics, Inc. to provide risk management solutions to our members and their key supply chain partners to help to make sure that their businesses can continue to operate during disaster and other calamities, natural or manmade. For example, the coronavirus or other disease events would be one of dozens of disaster events covered in the Continuity Dynamics provided Business Continuity Plan for companies big and small. In this case, companies would have known exactly what to do before the outbreak and would have provided for alternate facilities, communications, transportation, etc. to keep their businesses running. "Tourists and business people have canceled plans to travel to China. Our members tell us that canceled airline routes have affected their ability to send even needed medical supplies to China," said, Carla Stone, President of World Trade Center Delaware. Major trade shows in Asia, the source of many orders for international companies, have been canceled or postponed. "Studies show that approximately 80% of all companies that do not have detailed risk planning may not survive such situations." said Ralph Petti, president of Continuity Dynamics. "This tabletop exercise will give participants a hands - on experience in developing a plan before disaster happens." For more information or to register, please click here!
