For example, health disasters such as the recent coronavirus outbreak that started in China would be one of dozens of disaster events covered in the Continuity Dynamics provided Business Continuity Plan for companies big and small. In this case, companies would have known exactly what to do before the outbreak and would have provided for alternate facilities, communications, transportation, etc. to keep their businesses running. Studies show that approximately 80% of all companies that do not have detailed risk planning may not survive such situations. On February 26, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., World Trade Center Delaware is hosting a FREE Tabletop Exercise led by Continuity Dynamics at our new offices at 42 Reads Way, Suite B in New Castle. This will be a 90 minutes interactive session focusing on two risks that are quite possible in the Delaware region: weather that causes transportation and shipping disruptions to the area; and then, communication and support outages resulting from a lack of supply chain pre-planning for a disaster event. This Tabletop Exercise will be representative of the type of services that Continuity Dynamics provides. For more information and to register, please click here!
