INL Coordinator: Now Accepting Applications INL Coordinator Now Accepting Applications The U.S. Department of State is currently accepting applications for a INL Coordinator, located in Maputo, Mozambique. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is under the Under Secretary for Democracy and Human Rights and works to keep Americans safe at home by countering international crime, illegal drugs, and instability abroad. INL helps countries deliver justice and fairness by strengthening their police, courts, and corrections systems. The purpose of this Personal Services Contract is to fill the new position of INL Coordinator at the U.S. Embassy Maputo, Mozambique. The INL Coordinator will provide general administrative and policy direction concerning overall program priorities and objectives, as well work with INL/AME to develop and manage programming activities. The INL Coordinator will liaise with other U.S. agencies and partner governments active in the criminal justice sector (law enforcement, rule of law, and administration of justice, corrections) as well as with host government contacts. The INL Coordinator will monitor INL programs throughout East and Southern Africa, analyzing their effectiveness and suggesting improvements. This is a non-status, non-permanent Personal Services Contract position. You do not acquire a competitive or excepted service status from this position.
